InfiniRoute Networks Inc. has announced
the availability of its Voice over IP (VoIP) peering service for
Wireless Carriers. InfiniRoute's Managed VoIP Peering (MVP) service,
launched in 2004, was the industry's first carrier- neutral VoIP Peering
service to integrate and manage voice and IP routing for wireline,
wireless and emerging carriers.

SEQUANS Communications, a fabless

500,000 euros worth of aid by the French Agency for Innovation (ANVAR).
Sequans designs and develops silicon and software for WiMAX, enabling
service providers to deploy new radio network architectures with
significant cost reductions.

Begins Process to Form Wireless Broadband Access Patent Licensing Pool

A UK firm has begun construction of the
first commercial broadband wireless WiMax network in Britain. The
project has been kicked off by Telabria to deliver high-speed wireless
broadband services to residential, business and enterprise customers in
the south east of England, and provide back-haul for the firm's
installed base of Wi-Fi hotspots in the region.
